Event Details

Prior to the D.C. Area Black Lives Matter Week of Action in Schools we will host two curriculum share events.

One on Wednesday, January 24th from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at the Inspired Teaching Demonstration School (200 Douglas St NE, Washington, DC 20002); and a second on Saturday, January 27th from 10:00 am- 12:00 pm in the Payden Academic Center at Trinity Washington University (125 Michigan Ave. NE, Washington, DC 20017).

At each of these events, educators from the D.C. area will be able to get lesson plans, share their lesson ideas, address questions and concerns they might have about teaching Black Lives Matter guiding principles. Educators will leave the curriculum share with lessons and lots of instructional resources they can use to teach during the week of action!
